If you're not satisfied with Parikso within the first 7 days of a paid plan, we'll refund 100% of your payment. No questions asked.

Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

You request the refund within 7 days of your initial payment
This is your first paid subscription on your account
You contact us at support@parikso.com with your account email and payment reference

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
The refund will be credited to the original payment method
UPI and bank transfer refunds may take an additional 2–3 business days depending on your bank

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not issued in the following situations:

Refund request made after 7 days of the original purchase
Renewal charges on an existing subscription (cancel before renewal to avoid being charged)
Accounts suspended or terminated for violations of our Terms of Service
Partial refunds for unused time within a billing period (except for the 7-day window)
Promotionally discounted plans unless a different refund term was explicitly stated

Cancellation vs Refund

Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not trigger a refund. You retain access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing period. Only a refund request (within 7 days) results in a monetary refund.
