1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Parikso (parikso.com or our mobile applications), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Parikso. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms. Users from any region of India may use the platform subject to applicable local laws.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access at support@parikso.com
• One account per person — creating multiple accounts to exploit free plan limits is prohibited

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy
• Prices may change with 30 days advance notice to existing subscribers

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Parikso — including questions, explanations, AI models, software, design, and branding — is the property of Parikso and protected by Indian and international copyright law. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute platform content without written permission
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract questions or data
• Reverse engineer any part of the platform or AI systems
• Create derivative works based on Parikso content

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account with others or sell account access
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Interfere with or disrupt platform infrastructure
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Use automation (bots, scrapers) to access the platform
• Engage in any activity that impersonates Parikso or our team

7. Disclaimers

Parikso is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that our AI predictions will be accurate in every case. Exam preparation outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Parikso and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Deoghar, Jharkhand, India.
